"Sporting custom-molded cleats for his twice-broken left foot, 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree declared he is ready to play in Sunday's season opener against Seattle after undergoing surgery in July.

A day after participating in his first full practice, Crabtree said Thursday that he was running at full speed and prepared to reprise his rookie season. As a rookie in 2009, he had 48 catches for 625 yards (top among 49ers wide receivers) despite missing the preseason and the first five games of the regular season due to a contract holdout.
