Liverpool could sign a replacement for Glen Johnson in January, with top target Martin Montoya's agent insisting that he will "100 per cent" leave Barcelona this winter.

The Spanish defender, 23, is struggling for gametime at the Nou Camp and, despite their attempts to keep him, has made his mind up on leaving.

Kop boss Brendan Rodgers has been following the right-back for over a year and could now make a window move to secure his signing, while Montoya's agent, Juan de Dios Carrasco, hinted that something may already be in the works.
