If things go well...

The Magic have assembled one of the best young nucleuses in the league with Nikola Vucevic, Tobias Harris, Maurice Harkless and Victor Oladipo among others. General manager Rob Hennigan deserves a lot of credit for winning the Dwight Howard trade and building one of the best young teams in the NBA. As the youth matures they will see some pretty good nights and some very bad nights, if things go well there will be more good than bad.

If things go poorly...

The Magic are still primarily focused on developing their young players and continuing to add to their young core through the draft. Are they going to tank? No. Are they going to allow their young talent to struggle and hopefully add another young star in the 2014 draft? Yes. They could still end up as the worst team in the East.
