Former Patriots and Denver Broncos center Dan Koppen has joined the football coaching staff at Bishop Hendricken High in Warwick, R.I. as a volunteer.

Hendricken has won four consecutive Rhode Island Division I championships.

Koppen, 34, won two Super Bowls as Tom Brady's center from 2003-2011. He played for the Broncos and snapped for Peyton Manning in 2013. He tore his ACL in Broncos training camp and was on injured reserve last season.
