LSU landed the third piece to its 2018 class on Friday when four-star power forward Darius Days committed to Will Wade and the Tigers, Days announced on Twitter. The Gainesville, Fla. native officially visited LSU last weekend and took official visits to Louisville and North Carolina as well.

Days took his official visit to Baton Rouge with his parents and got a chance to tour facilities, meet with the staff 1-on-1 and took in the football game against Auburn in Tiger Stadium. Days was joined by LSU point guard commit Ja'Vonte Smart, who was also on his official visit that weekend.

The 6-8, 220-pound forward was watched all spring and summer by Wade and assistant Greg Heiar, who took the lead on Days' recruitment. Louisville, Ohio State, Indiana, Arkansas, North Carolina and others entered the mix in July and August for Days.
