Havard Rugland is a YouTube sensation  who released an amazing kicking trick shot video back in 2012. The 29-year-old Norwegian, more commonly known as 'Kickalicious', has been given a look by a few NFL teams and he had another NFL tryout with the Arizona Cardinals on Wednesday.

Rugland has had previous workouts for the Detroit Lions, New York Jets, Cleveland Browns, and the Green Bay Packers. In fact, this season he actually made the preseason roster for the Lions and kicked in a pair of preseason games. He was cut in favor of veteran David Akers after going 3-for-3 with successful FGs of 33, 49, and 50 yards.

Here is a YouTube video of his first NFL FG attempt:

Although I don't blame the Lions for cutting him, I'm standing on my soapbox to say that it's time for an NFL team to, legitimately, give Rugland a shot as a starting NFL kicker. The Cardinals may be that team...we'll see. Jay Feely is 40-years-old and they clearly brought Rugland in to see if they might have to look for a kicker in the draft. If not Arizona, someone needs to give this guy a serious look.

'Kickalicious' is the best Norwegian export since narwhal blubber and Mats Zuccarello. He'd be great for P.R. and I believe his kicking abilities are only beginning to be tapped.
