It's certainly not the prettiest highlight we've ever posted as our Replay of the Day, but it is strange and sums up the New York Knicks' season thus far.

Bradley Beal of the Washington Wizards drives the lane to give the Wiz a one point lead with just over six seconds left. First of all, where was the defense? Easiest layup Beal has ever made and it was in the final 10 seconds of a one point game.

The Knicks, now down by one, have a timeout in their pocket. Automatic, right? Wrong.

Carmelo Anthony takes the ball the length of the court and attempts a sloppy, leaning jumper for the win...not even close. How do they not call a timeout in that situation? I think the look on Knicks head coach Mike Woodson's face explains it.
