It will be 10 years ago this summer that the Boston Celtics put together the first modern ‘Big 3’. The term Big 3 gets thrown around a lot these days but the ’08 Celtics were a game changer for the NBA.

Kevin Garnett hosted a 2008 Celtics mini-reunion on Monday night in “Area 21” on TNT, as he was joined by Rajon Rondo, Paul Pierce, Kendrick Perkins, Glen “Big Baby” Davis, and even had Doc Rivers jump in on a video call. It provided some great television for basketball fans. The group touched on a variety of NBA topics including Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook, Ray Allen leaving for Miami, and Paul Pierce's retirement life.
