Inter Milan was taking on Chelsea this weekend in a waste of time cash grab known as the International Champions Cup in Singapore. Inter had the game in control, and with roughly 16 minutes remaining, they held a 2-0 lead over Chelsea.

As with all pre-season games, results weren’t the priority it was about players getting into game shape and fine-tuning heading into the real season. That being said players don’t like to lose and they especially don’t want to be embarrassed.

Enter Geoffrey Kondogbia.

The 24-year-old French midfielder tried to pass to his keeper, but instead, he scored the most amazing own goal that you will ever see.

What a waste of a stunning strike… It didn’t matter in the end, Inter held Chelsea off the board to close out the game. It was the Italian clubs first time winning the International Champions Cup, and will always be remembered because of this goal.
