Punting feels like it has become a much bigger talking point in football in recent years. Field position seems to have become a larger point of emphasis as the quality of play in the NFL has dipped in recent years. Whatever the reason punters seem to be talked about with a little more respect in 2016.
At Frankton High School punter Jack Rogers is the star of his football team. Already averaging over 40 yards per punt this season, he added to his average with a stunning punt from his own end zone to his opponents - with a little help of a bounce.

I bet he would look awfully nice in a Tampa Bay Buccaneers jersey, they seem to like the kinda team that would draft him.
The NFL record for longest punt is owned by Steve O’Neal, the punt was 98 yards that went from his one-yard line to the opposing teams one-yard line.
