Kids cry and they cry a lot and if you're not used to seeing it, I assure you it can be terrifying.

I’m not sure if Jimmy Kimmel discovered how fun it can be to see parents making their kids cry or if he just brought it to the main stream with his ‘I told my kids I ate all their Halloween candy’ prank.

In recent years it’s began creeping into sports, where parents tell their impressionable child sad news about a local sports star and the waterworks explode. Jimmy Graham and Kevin Durant are recent examples of this going viral.  Yes, I'm sure kids crying over an athlete leaving isn't new, parents putting it online for us to snicker at is a new trend.

Four-year-old Kaia Coffey from Olympia, Washington got the news of Russell Wilson’s nuptials, and it was like telling her was no Santa Claus, The Tooth Fairy, or Easter Bunny. The young, I’m going to guess Seahawks fan exploded with tears. The parents clearly knowing there would be a reaction had a camera ready to go.
